ERHS Parents & Students,
Please read the information below and complete the form.
1. Students driving/parking at school are required to complete and upload the following info
to the form below and submit:
A. ASD Vehicle Registration and Parking Form (see link on form to download)
B. A copy of the current vehicle registration
C. A copy of valid car insurance
D. A copy of the driver's license
2. Once this is completed, see Ms. Girbacea for the parking permit which must be displayed in your car when on
campus. Violators may be ticketed. This is the student's responsibility.
