Portrait Guidelines (Digital submissions ONLY)
- Head and shoulder pictures are preferred (full body shots are allowed, but they often look “distant” when published in the yearbook). Outdoor backgrounds are allowed, but head and shoulder pictures are preferred.
- Masks, face paint, sunglasses, props, flags, posters/signs, hats, weapons, time stamps, animals, and hand signs of any kind are prohibited.
- Senior quotes must be school-appropriate. If guidelines are not followed, ERHS Yearbook reserves the right to substitute submitted activities for inappropriate quotes or no quote at all.
- Please submit your portrait/quotes/activities at the SAME TIME using the Jostens link below.
- Portraits, quotes, and activities will NOT be accepted via email. You must use the provided link.
Get your senior portrait in the Sandalius! The deadline for portrait submission is November 20, 2026, but don’t wait until the last minute—due to publication deadlines, your portraits must be submitted by the deadline, or we will be unable to use them in the yearbook. If you do not have a portrait to submit by the deadline, we will use your student ID picture taken on school picture day on August 31, 2026.
